Having worked for over 20 years in mental health services, and undertaken training in Professional Supervision, I am available for supervision sessions to occupational therapists working in this field who require supervision for their clinical practice. I have recently completed delivering supervision to members of a Adult Community Mental Health occupational therapy department who were in need of this service. It was a rewarding experience and I believe was of significant benefit to the team.
Research
Additionally, given my research experience, and role as Editor in Chief for the Irish Journal of Occupational Therapy, I offer supervision sessions for occupational therapy researchers including project planning, feedback on project reports, thesis’s and manuscripts prepared for submission to peer review publications.
