Occupational therapy regards balance as critical to having a healthy life and being resilient to the everyday stresses that come our way. For a variety of reasons and circumstances, balance can often be lost and needs to be regained. As an occupational therapist I assist people to identify the sources of imbalance and any associated stress and, importantly, how to make the necessary changes.
